INJAZ Qatar has hosted its first ever virtual work-readiness fair, “JAHEZ” 2021. “JAHEZ” is a career-readiness forum aimed at preparing the youth of Qatar to enter the workforce. It is an opportunity for the youth to hear from and interact with HR and job market experts from Qatar and the region.

“JAHEZ” 2021 included talks, panels and workshops led by key industry leaders from leading companies in Qatar including Ooredoo, Commercial Bank, Jaidah Group, SEIB Insurance & Reinsurance and LinkedIn.

The sessions at “JAHEZ” 2021 exposed youth to the emerging opportunities across a variety of different industries including banking, telecom and insurance. The sessions were tailored to help youth explore the requirements and employability skills needed to excel in each spotlighted industry.
