Grace El Medawar Alam was born in Lebanon in 1986. She graduated from the Lebanese University with a Bachelor's degree in Law.

In 2008, Grace joined regional law firm Badri and Salim El Meouchi LLP in Qatar and currently holds the associate position. She primarily advises clients in corporate, commercial and labour matters, and is very knowledgeable on the internal workings of the Qatari Ministry of Economy and Commerce. Grace has also published articles on arbitration and mergers & acquisitions.

Grace is fluent in English and Arabic.
