University/College and Secondary School level (14-22 years old)

JA’s Company Program teaches entrepreneurship, work readiness and financial literacy skills to students from grade 11 to university (aged 14-22) as they are provided with the unique opportunity of establishing and running a real company. 
Students go through the entire life cycle of a startup venture as they develop a business idea, team, raise capital of up to QAR 11,000, devise business plans, and produce and sell a product or a service.
Company Program is a course delivered over 12 sessions, one hour each session. It culminates in a national and regional competition for the best company award.

Specific volunteer requirements:

• Arabic or English Speaker
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
